Delivery windows
Residential deliveries run 10am–5pm. Business deliveries are made before 4pm. Services and events are timed to your schedule — tell us the arrival time you need.
Hospitals, funeral homes & schools
We deliver to local hospitals, funeral homes, schools and offices. Please include the recipient's room, department or service time so we can time the delivery correctly.
If no one is home
For residential deliveries we'll leave the arrangement in a shaded, protected spot and notify the recipient, unless you've asked us to hold it. In extreme heat we will reattempt instead.
