Orders

Placing an order through our shop constitutes acceptance of these terms. Prices are shown in USD and may change seasonally with flower market costs.

Substitutions

We design with the freshest available seasonal blooms. When a specific flower isn't available, we substitute a flower of equal or greater value in the same style and palette.

Delivery

Please provide accurate recipient details. Redelivery caused by an incorrect address may incur an additional fee. See our delivery information page for windows and areas.

Weddings & events

Event bookings are confirmed with a signed proposal and a non-refundable retainer. Final counts and balances are due two weeks before the event date.

Photography

We may photograph our own floral work for our portfolio and social media. Tell us if you'd prefer we don't.
