Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Orders placed by 1pm on business days are delivered the same day within our local delivery area. After 1pm we'll deliver the next available day.
Where do you deliver?
Friendswood and surrounding communities including League City, Pearland, Webster, Alvin and nearby Houston-area neighborhoods. Delivery fees vary by distance.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
It will match the style, palette and value you ordered. Because we design with the freshest seasonal blooms, specific flowers may be substituted with something equally beautiful.
How do I place a custom order?
Submit the custom request form with your colors, style and budget, or call the shop. We'll confirm the design and pricing before we begin.
Do you have a wedding minimum?
Full-service weddings typically start around $2,500 for design, delivery, setup and takedown. Smaller intimate packages are available — just ask.
How does checkout work?
Add arrangements to your cart here and check out securely through Shopify, our point of sale. Your payment and delivery details are collected at Shopify checkout.
Can I request delivery at a specific time?
We deliver in windows rather than exact times, but note your preference at checkout and we'll do our best — especially for services and events.
What if something arrives damaged?
